CtE-~ : ;~cr r.CJR' Pt I`,^'!'~ r: ' ~ V: ~ , Mar 13 IU io AN'7~ FINAL JUDGMENT 3,~,~,7~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE 4 ~ THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 12th day of May, 1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage ~etween JA.MES MACK, Husband, and SONYA MACK, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and fLOm the obligations arising therefrom. 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. SONYA MACK be, and she is hereby , authorized to assume her former name of SONYA HAGOOD. ~ 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the partie~ is hereby~enjoined ( = and restrained from inter€ering with, harassing or annoying, the other. ~ 4. PROPERTY. The 1968 Buick automobile which is currently ~ ~ owned jointly by the parties herein, is hereby awarded to the Wife as her special equity, and=lump sum alimony, and upon the_failure of the ~ ~ Husband to convey all of his right, title and interest_in and to the ~ - ~ said automobile within ten (10) days from the date hereof, this Order ~ ~ shall constitute an effective conveyance of the Husband's interest in : and to the said automobile to the Wife. ~ ; JURISDICTION.
