This cause coming on this day to be heard upon plaintiff's
motion for final judgm~nt, and the Court having examined the verified
complaint together with its exhibit and the ans.wer thereto, and it
appearing to the Court that the averments contained in the verified
complaint are true, that no material facts have been concealed, and
that plaintiff is entitled to a conveyance of the legal title
naw held by the defendants herein to the following real property:
Lot 16, Block 1, of DIXI~LAND SUBDIVISION, an
unrecorded plat.as per Deed Book 152, page 403,
