held by the defendants, or any of them, shall be conveyed to
Plaintiff or cut off and extinguished, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED; -
1. That his Court has jurisdiction of the subject
matter and the parties to this suit.
2. That the defendants, James R. Boldman and Dorothy H.
Boldman, his wife, jointly or severally, or any and all other
persons who are, or may be, intere~ted in the subject matter of
this suit whose names, after diligent search and inquiry, are
unknown to plaintiff, be and they are hereby directed by this.
Court to specifically perform the covenant to convey legal title
to the real property described in their agreement for deed by
executing a good and suffici~nt deed of conveyance naming p].aintiff
as grantee within five (5) days of the date hereof, and that in
the absence of such conveyance within said 5-day period, this
final judgment shall be deemed to stand in lieu of said deed as
an effective conveyance of leg~l title.
3. That upon the execution, delivery and filing for
