THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED made the 29th day of April, 1976,
by HERBERT L. DICKERSON, HAVERT L. FENN and VERNON H. FLOYD, as
Trustees, hereinafter called the Grantors, to PIONEER INVFSTMENT ;
CAPITAL CORPORATION, INCORPOR.ATID, whose post office address is
P. 0. Box 1271, Fort Pierce, Florida 33~+50, hereinafter called

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of ~5 ~

TOGETI~R WITH all the tenements , hereditaments and
