The petition of RUTH M. HALL, as Guardian of the person
and property of JAMES KIRKE RAUSTLER, JR., Minor, for an Order
discharging her as such guardian, coming on this day to be heard;
and it appearing that said guardian~has faithfully discharged her
duties and has rendered complete and accurate final returns and has
delivered the assets of her ward to the person entitled thereto,
JAMES KIRKE RAUSTLER, JR.; and the Court being fully advised;
