6. The value of the entire estate subject to administration
is this state, less the value of property exempt from the claims of ~
creditors, does not exceed $10,000.00.
7. The estate is not indebted except for:
Yates Funeral Home, Inc. $794.39
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent,
including exempt property, be distributed or disposed of as follows:

9. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioner
is unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils af decedent.
Petitioner request that an order of summary administration
be entered directing distribution of ~the assets in the estate in accordance
with the schedule set ~forth in paragraph 8 of this petition.
