30. PORT ST. LUCIE BANK holds a sixth lien under the note and
mortgage to PORT ST. LUCIE BANK, recorded in Official Record Book 236,
page 2399, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, superior to
any claim or estate of any party hereto on the following described
property in St. Lucie Cownty, Florida:
(a) YARCEL 3-A, as described hereinabove.
(b) PARCEL 3-D, as described hereinabove, LESS THE
portion of PARCEL 3-D, lying within: PARCEL 3,
as described hereinabove, LESS PARCEL 3-B, as
described hereinabove,LESS PARCEL 3-C, as des-
cribed hereinabove.
(c) PARCEL 3, as described hereinabove, LESS PARCEL
3-B, as described hereinabove, LESS PARCEL 3-C,
as described hereinabove,~IESS the portion of
PARCEL 3-D, as described hereinabove, lying
within: PARCEL 3,as described hereinabove, LESS ~
PARCEL 3-B, as described hereinabove, LESS PARCEL
3-C, as described hereinabove.
(d) PARCEL 4, as described hereinabove.
(e) PARCEL 6, as described hereinabove.
31. PORT ST. LUCIE BANK holds a seventh lien imder the note
and mortgage to PORT ST. LUCIE BANK recorded in Official Record Book
235, page 2399, public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, superior
; to any claim or estate of any of the parties hereto except as herein
i expressly provided, on the following described property in St. Lucie
