(a) The Clerk of this Court shall first offer for sale
PARCELS 1 through 6, inclusive. as described hereinabove,
en masse, at which sale said Clerk shall not accept any
bids which are less than $ 4,348,832.67, plus interest at the
~r~~e oL b~ per annum from May S, I~7b through June 11, 1y76,
or 37 days' interest at $714.87 per day which amounts to
$ 26,450.19 interest, making a total bid of not less than ;
$4,375,282.86. •
(b) In the event the Clerk of this Court shall not receive
• a bid in the amount of at least $4,375,282.86 when offering
PARCELS 1 through 6, inclusive, en masse, as described herein-
above, under the sale of said property as described ia (a) of
this paragraph, then said Clerk shall offer for sale in the
manner hereinbefore provided to the highest and best bidder
for cash with no minimum bid required the following parcels
which shall be offered for sale in the order as hereinafter
set forth: " ~
j (i) PARCEL 6, as described hereinabove.
~ (ii) PARCEL , as described hereinabove.
f (iii) PARCEL , as described hereinabove.
~ (iv) ARCEL , as described hereinabove.
~ (v) PARCEL , as described hereinabove in Par.13 LESS
~ PARCEL -A, as described hereinabove in par. 13.
~ (vi) PARCEL -A, as described hereinabove in Par. 13.
; (vii) PARCEL , as described hereinabove.

' 33. Each party who holds a first lien on PARCELS 1, 2, 3, 3-A,

~ 4, 5 and 6, respectively, shall advance all subsequent costs of this -

~ action with respect to said respective parcels and shall be reimbursed ~

~ for them by the Cle-rk if said respective parties are not the purchasers
!

; at the sale of the respective parcels upon which they hold a first lien.
~ If said parties are the purchasers of the respective parcels upon which
; they hold a first lien, the Clerk shall credit the respective parties'
~ bids with the total sum due each respective party with interest and
costs accruing since May 5, 1976, for a part of the respective sums due
the respective parties as is necessary to pay their bid in full.
In the event said Clerk shall not receive the required
bid under the first method of sale as set forth in Paragraph 29(a),
and the property is offered for sale under paragraph 29(b), any party ~
hereto shall be entitled to have credited toward any bid they make on
