any parcel a certain portion of the sums due and owing them as the
result of a lien on said parcel, as set forth herein, together with
interest and costs accruing since May 5, 1976, said amount to be
credited toward the bid of any party holding a lien on the parcel
upon which said party is bidding shall be the lesser of:
(a) All amounts due and vwing said party as set
forth herein together with interest and costs accruing
since May S, 1976, as result of a lien on said parcel
upon which said party is bidding less any amounts re-
ceived by said party on said lien resulting fran the
sale of previous parcels ; OR
(b) (i) the amount of said bid less ~
(ii) all amounts due and awing other parties
holding superior liens on said parcel i.n the amounts set
forth herein less all amounts received by said superior
~ lien holders from the previous sale of other parcels en-
I~ cumbered by said superior liens.

34. On filing the certificate of title or certificates of

( title, as the case may be, the Clerk shall di~tribute the proceeds of

~ the sale so far as they are sufficient by paying:

~ First - the costs of any of the above parties in

~ order of their priority as denominated in Paragraphs 1
~
a

~ through 11 hereinabove in direct accordance with the
~
~
~ priorities denominated in Paragraphs 12 through 31 herein-
~ -
~
~
~ above. -
- Second: Documentary stamps affixed to the certificate
~
~ or certificates .

y Third: Attorneys' fees as pravided and as set forth
~
> and in accordance with the priorities denominated in Para -
~
~ graphs 12 through 31 hereinabove.

~ Fourth: The total snms due the parties less the items
~
~
~ paid, plus interest at Che rate prescribed by law from this
~
