sale said Clerk shall not accept any bids which are less than
$4,348,832.67, plus in terest at the rate of 6% per annum fr an May S,
1976 through Jime 11, 1976, or 37 days' interes;. at $714.87 per day
which amounts to $26,450.19 interest, making a total bid of not less
than $4,375,282.86.
In the event the Clerk of this Court shall not receive a bid
in the amount of at least $4,375.282.86 when offering PARCELS 1 through
6, inclusive, en masse, as described hereinabove, under the sale of
said property as described in the above paragraph herein, then said
Clerk shall offer for sale in the manner hereinbefore provided to the
highes~ and best bidder ror cash with no minimum.bid required ihe
following parcels which shall be offered for sale in the order as
hereinafter set forth:
1. PARCEL 6, as described hereinabove.
2. PARCEL 5, as des ribed hereinabove.
3. PARCEL 4, as described hereinabove.
4. PARCEL 2, as described hereinabove
5. PAR~CEL_3, as described hereinabove, LESS
; PARCEL 3-A, as described hereinabove.
