REPORT OF PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION
The Personal Representative, CONSTANCE B. MORSE, would show
unto the Court as follows:
1. The decedent, Janice Morse-Lindsay, died on October 20,

1975 and Amended Letters Testamentary were issued to Petitioner on.
January 9, 1976.
, 2. The estate~has been administered up to the point that the _
time for filing claims aqainst the estate has expired and all debts,
claims, taxes, charges and expenses have been paid or provisions have
been made for their payment.
3. All that is required to fully administer the estate is to
have the Federal Estate Tax Return approved and upon receipt of the
acceptance letter from the IRS the estate can be closed.

4. In order to not unduly delay the beneficiaries of the
; estate in taking their respective shares of the estate or a part
