1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate
as surviving heirs. Their names and addresses are as set
forth in Paragraph 3 and the name and address of their attorney
are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, BIANA M. McDONALD, whose last known .
address was Fort Pierce, Florida, died on January 29, 196?
at Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in Saint Lucie County, Florida.
- 3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
