County of St. Lucie, State of Florida known and described as follow, .

}iprovision that accounts receivable as owed for services perfoxmed prior ~

~ iI to date of sale, will be held in escrow for the selleYS who will refrain ~

~ E~from forceful or legal collection of accounts for a period of sixty (60)

:y t!days during which time the buyers shall collect such accounts as have
