THIS EXECUTOR'S DEED, made this ~ c~''4` day of , A.D, ,
1976, by JAMES ALTON CLARK, as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of
Lillian Lois MeLaughlin, deceased, hereinafter called the grantor, to
JAI~S ALTON CLARK, as the sole beneficiary under the Last Will and Testament
of Lillian Lois MeLaughlin, deceased, whose postoffice address is 305
South Third Street, Fort Pierce, Florida (33450) , hereinafter called the
grantee :
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs,
legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
$1.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby ac~owledged,
hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, eonveys, and
confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie

~ This conveyance is executed in pursuant of Order of Distribution entered
~ in the Court of the Circuit Judge in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in

~ the Estate of Lillian Lois MeLai.~ghlin, deceased, under date- of -IYiay 14th, 1976,

~ and the Executor covenants that in all things in and al~out the administration
~ of the Estate of Lillian Lois MeLaughlin,~deceased, he has conformed with
~ the statutes of the State of Florida and the Orders of Court, as required
