This cause came on for final hearing on June 1, 1476, upon Petition
~
for Dissolution of Marriage, and Counterpetitioner, KATHRYNE M. SVEC, having
been ~~rsonally served process and the Court having heard the testimony of
KATHRYNE M. SVEC, Counterpetitioner, and her witness, and being fully advised
in the premises, the Court finds and decides as follows:
1. The parties were married to each other on January 29, 1971, at
Stuart, Florida.
2. The Counterpetitioner, RATHRYNE M. SVEC, has been a resident of
Florida for more than six (6) months next before filing the Petition of
Dissolution af Marriage.
3. The Petitioner filed this action and personally served Respondent-
Counterpetitioner on the 23rd day of February, 1976, and on March 12, 1976,
j Respondent-Coimterpetitioner filed her Answer thereto. This case is presently

4. No children were born of this marriage.
5. The Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and the~sub'~ect matter
~ of this action.

6. Counterpetitioner has proved the allegations of the Petition
and that the marriage is irretrievably broken.
Now, therefore, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

~ 1. That the marriage between JOHN PETER SVEC and KATHRYNE M. SVEC

~ is dissoZved because it is irretrievably broken. ~

~ 2. That the Separatfon and Propert~ Settlement Agreement executed
~ by the parties on May 14, 1976, and introduced into evidence marked Counter- ~
