JOINT STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL WITH

~ Come now the respective undersigned parties, throuqh
their attorneys, and enter this Stipulation as~~to the dismissal °

with prejudice of any claims in this cause as to all Defendants ~
for reason that the matters in issue pertaining to this case have
been amicably resolved and these parties stipulate and agree for
the entry of an Order dismissing the Crossclaim of Tylander Lumber.
Company against Generai Development Corporation with prejudice,
and for the Clerk to release the bond of The Home Insurance Company
in transferring the lien to security.

ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard upon the above Joint
Stipuiation for Dismissal, and the Court having reviewed the
Stipulation and being otherwise fully advise~ in the premises,
it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Crossclaim of Tylander Lumber Company against
General Development Corporation be, and the same is hereby, dis-
missed with prejudice as to all Defendants.
2. That the Clerk is hereby authorized to release the
Defendant, THE HOME INSURANCE COMPANY, for the bond previously
filed in transferring the lien to security in this action. ~
