PREJUDICE
Come now the respective undersigned parties, through
their attorneys, and enter this Stipulation as to ~he dismissal
with prejudice of any claims in this cause as to all Defendants
for reason that the matters in issue pertaining to this case have
been amicably resolved ana these parties stipulate and agree for
the entry of an Order dismissing all claims of Tylander Lumber
Company against General Development Corporation with prejudice,

and for the Cl~rk to release the bond of The Home Insurance Company
in transferring the lien to security.
