It is, thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: , 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Peti- i tioner, SAI~IY COLE CONLEY, and the Respondent, SUSAN BETH CONLEY, ~I be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. AGREEMENT. The Separation and Property Settlement Agree- ment executed by the parties on the Sth day of May, 1976, was freely entered into by the parties after a full disclosure and under the circumstances that appear from the evidence to be for the best in- terest of the parties; and in its entirety, the Agreement is in- corporated by reference into this judgment, and the parties are ordered to comply with all terms of the Agreement. 3.
