The petition of JAMES ALTON CLARK, as £xecutor of the Estate of
Lilliarr Gois MeLaughli.n, deceased, respectfully shows:
1. He has heretofore filed his Petition for Distribution and Discharge
Without Accounting and an Order has been entered direeting him to make
distribution according to law. -
2. He has made distribution according to law and has obtained a
receipt from the legatee showing that full payment has been made to him-
possession of his proper portions of said estate has been surrendered to

him; and said receipt is filed herewith.

~ WI-~REFORE, Petitioner prays that an Order of Final Discharge be
entered discharging him from further liabil ity as Executor of the Estate of
