The Petition of JAMES ALTON CLARK, as Executor of the Will of
LILLIAN LOIS MeLAUGHLIN, Deceased, for an Order of Final Discharge coming
on this day to be heard; and it appearing that the.Court entered an Order
of Distribution which waived the filing of annual accountings or final
accounting, that distribution has been made, has been filed in this Court,
and that the said personal representative is entitled to an order of final
discharge; and the Court being fully advised;
It is ordered and adjudged that the said JAMES ALTON CLARK, be and
he is hereby discharged as executor of the Wi1? of the said LILLIAN LOIS
McI,~UGHLIN, Deceased, and from further liability in connection with the
