ORDER ON TEMPOR.ARY RELIEF ~~4~~
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 25th day of May, 1976,
upon the petition for temporary relief filed by the Wife and
the Husband having been duly served with process, and the Court
after hearing testimony and being otherwise advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. ~hat the Wife shall have custody of IDDIE KINNEY, JR.,
minor child, subject to reasonable visitation by the Husband.
2. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the amount of
Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per week for support of said
~ minor child commencing on Monday, May 31, 1976, and each week

~ thereafter; said payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Court
f in cash, money order or cashier's~check. Both of the parties are
_ Ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
addresses and residence addresses at all times while this Order
is in effect.
~ 3. That each party is hereby en~oined and restrained from
interfering with, harassing, molesting, threatening or otherwise
bothering the other in any manner whatsoever.
4. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto, is t

retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
