FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard. before me this day on motion
of the petitioners for Final Judgment of Adop~ion, and it appearing
to the Court that the State Welfare Board has filed its recommendation
in regard to a Final Judgment of Adoption, recommending that permanent
custody of the children known in these proceedings as JUN KYU LEE and
KWAN HEE LEE, be given to the petitioners, and the Court now being
advised in the premises, finds:
1. That the petitioners, J00 YONG YIN (IN) and OK JA KIM
~ YIN (IN), are fit and proper persons to adopt the children named

' in the petition, and that the best interests of the said children -
~ will be promoted by such adoption.
~ 2. That the said children are suitable for adoption by the
~ said petitioners. _
It is,therefore, upon consideration:
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
(a) That the permanent custody of the children known as
JUN KYU LEE and KWAN HEE LEE, in these proceedings be and the
same is hereby given to J00 YONG YIN (IN) and OK JA KIM YIN (IN).
(b) That the said children now known as JUN KYU LEE and
KWAN HEE LEE are given the lawful names of and shall henceforth
be known as JUN KYU YIN (IN) and KWAN HEE YIN (IN), respectively.
(c) That the said children are hereby declared to be the
legal children and lawful heirs of J00 YONG YIN (IN) and OK JA KIM
YIN (IN), and the said children shall be sub~ect to all of the
obligations and entitled to all of the rights and privileges of
