THIS CAUSE car~~ on to be he~rd before me this daf ~n motion
of the petitioners for Final Judgment of Adoption, and it appearing
~ to the Court that the State Welfare Board has filed its reCommendation
in regard to a Final Judgment of Adoption, recommending that permanent
custody of the child known in these proceedings as ALISA LIZETTE •
McKINNON, be given to the petitioners,~and the Court now being
advised in the premises, finds:
i. That the petitioners, PATSY HENDERSON and JAME.S C. kENDERSON,SR.,
are fit and proper persons to adopt the child named in the petition,
and that the best interests of the said child will be promoted by
