This cause came on for trial the 2 dayo uf_ ,
1976, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdicition of the uarties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between Che parties; and that the marriage between the.parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marria~e between ROGER D.
LANCE and JOYCE LANCE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obli~ations
arisin~ therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Custody of JANET DALE LA*TCE, DAREN LANCE,
and GREGORY LANCE, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
the Husband, ROGER D. LANCE, with reasonable visitation rights reserved
~ ;
to JOYCE LANCE.
3. PROPERTY. The Separation and Proverty Settlement Agree- ~
ment executed by the parties on ~ , and intro-
duced into evidence marked "Husband's Exhibit No. 1" was freely entered
into by the parties a~ter a full disclosure and under the circumstances
that apnear fror.i the evidence to be for the best interest for the parties
and their children; and in it entirety, the agreer.~ent is incorporated by
reference into this Judpment, and the ~arties are ordered to comply with

all terms of this A~reement. ;
