LANCE, Husband. ~ . ~ and JOYCE LANCE~ Wife. ~ FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIArE n~~ This cause came on for trial the 2 dayo uf_ , 1976, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdicition of the uarties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between Che parties; and that the marriage between the.parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marria~e between ROGER D. LANCE and JOYCE LANCE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of ~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obli~ations arisin~ therefrom. ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JANET DALE LA*TCE, DAREN LANCE, and GREGORY LANCE, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Husband, ROGER D. LANCE, with reasonable visitation rights reserved ~ ; to JOYCE LANCE. 3. PROPERTY.
