DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the ~O

1976, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines:. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
.of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between TERRY EUGENE
SANDERS and MICHELLE S. SANDERS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2.. CUSTODY: Custody of THERSA JEAN SANDERS, minor child of the

parties, is hereby awarded to MICHELLE S. SANDERS with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to TERRY EUGENE SANDERS. ~
3. SUPPORT: CommeRcing the 1` day of , A. D., 1976,

TERRY EUGENE SANDERS shall pay to MICHELLE S. SANDERS the sum of
each and every week, for the support of the child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk o~ this Court and by
