20. Asd~eit ot Reatr AppoiNmeat of Receiver. As additional security hercunder. Borrower hereby ascigns to
Lender the renu of the Property. provided that Borrawe~ shall, prior to accekntion under puagraph 18 heroof or sbandon-
ment of the Pmperty. have the riRht to rnlkct and retain such rcnts as tbey become due and payabk.
Upon accelention w~der paragnph 18 hereof or abandonment of the Prope[ty. Lender shall be enUtled to have a
roceive~ appointed by a oourt to enter upon. take possession of and manage the Property and to colkct ihe rents of the
Property, including those past due. All rents collected by the recciver shall be applied first to payment of the coata of
management of the Property and collcction of rcnts, including, but not limitod to. receiver

Mortgage when evide[~cod by ptomissory notes stating that said notes are securod t~ereby. At no time ahall the principal
amouot of the indebtodnas socurod by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in aocordanvt herewith to pmtect the
