AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
WE, ROBERT C. BEASLEY and WILLIAM B. HALE,
president and secretary, respectively, of OCEANA OF HUTCHIN-
SON ISLAND, INC., a non-profit Florida corporation, the
Condominium Association of OCEANA OCEANFRONT CONDOMINIUM
ONE, a Condominium situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium.
thereof recorded in Official Records Book 245, at Page 65,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby certify that the following amendments to the Declara-•
tion of Condominium and exhibits thereto, were duly adopted
by unanimous vote of the Board of Directors of OCEANA OF
HUTCHINSON ISLAND, INC. and FINISTERRE CORPORATION, the
Developer and owner of all of the condominium parcels and
the condominium property, at a special meeting duly called
and held on M~y 7, 1976, which amendments are as follows:
