serve to certify that the said By-Laws, as originally recorded,
were duly adopted at the first meetinq of the Board of
Directors of said corporation. ~

ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, and
OCEANA OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND, INC., is hereby modified and
amended by virtue of Addendum to Membership Agreement,
attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by
reference.
, Said Declaration of Condomi~fii~ is hereby further
amended by the Consent of Mortgagee to said Declaration of.
Condominium as amended by this instrument, pursuant to a
Consent of Mortgagee attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, OCEANA OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND,
INf., the Condominium Association, joined by FINISTERRE
CORPORATION,_the Developer, has caused this Amendement to
Declaration of Condolninium to be executed by their duly
authorized officers and their corporate seal affixed at St.
Lucie County, Florida, this 7th day of May, 1976.
