THIS ADDENDUM TO MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT made this .
7th day of MaY , 1976, by and between OCEANA RECREATION

ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit Florida corporation (herein- ;

after referred to as the "Recreation Association", and ~

OCEANA OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND, ItJC., a non-pr-ofit Florida

corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Condominium t
Association");
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the Recreation Association and Condominium ,
i
~ Association have determined that it is ~in the best interest
o~ said corporations,.and the members and future members of
s
said corporations, to amend that certain Membership Agreement
executed by them on the 16th day of September, 1975, for the
~
benefit of said members and future mPmbers who may become
entitled to use the recreation facilities owned, managed,
operated and maintained by the Recreation Association; and
WHEREAS, the FINISTERRE CORPORATION, the Developer

k of OCEANA OCEANFRONT CONDOMINIUM ONE and of the other land~
~ .
~ proposed for future development, is the owner of all of~the ;
~ condominium parcels and condominium property of OCEANA
OCEANFRONT CONDOMINIUM ONE, and in control of the Condomin-
ium Association and of the Recreation Association, and no
other person has any right, claim or privilege under the ~
Membership Agreement dated September 16, 1975, or otherwise;
~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants
~ -and aqreements set forth in the Membership Agreement and
~ herein set forth, to be ke t and erformed by the respective .
