14. Additional Membership Agreements. In addi- .

tion to Oceana Oceanfront Condominium One, the Finisterre
Corporation contemplates constructing two additional multi-
family deveZopment phases presen~ly proposed as condominiums
of approximately 127 and 32 condominium parcels respectively.
It is contemplated that the condominium associations or
other form of association governing these additional develop-
ment phases or such nth~r form of ownership af the.lands ~
comprising such development phases will enter inta member-
ship agrPements similar to this one. Alternatively or
conjunctively, the Recreation Association may, and at the ;
request of the Finisterre Corporation shall, enter into
Sewer Service Agreements agreeing to provide sewer treatment
facilities to the owners and occupants of the lands compris- ~
ing such development phases. The Condominium Association

expressly acknowledges the possibility of such additional ~

membership agreements and/or sewer service agreements, and ~
~
for and on behalf of its members consents to the execution
~ of same."
i 2. Exhibit "B" to Membership Agreement, Parcel 3,
Oceana Condomini.um Recreation Area No. 2, is hereby modified
and amended by the attached Exhibit "B", Parcel 3, Oceana
Condominium Recreation Area No. 2. _
3. This Membership Agreement, as hereby amended,
may be altered, modified or amended from time to time by an
. instrument in writing requiring only the execution of the
Recreation Association and the Condominium Association. No

such alteration, modification or amendment shall be deemed
or construed to constitute an amendment to the Declaration
of Condominium of Oceana Oceanfront Condominium One requring
