In the event Developer elects to construct improvements
on proposed Development Phases Two and Three and to con--
- struct additional recreational facilities to be conveyed
to Recreation Association, then in that event this parcel
shall be specifically described by an addendum to this '
Membership Agreement. The approximate location and area }

going survey. Said addendum.shall be executed by the (
