TEMPORARY~ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before me, this
day, upon the~Wife's prayer for temporary relief, and the Court
having heard the testimony of the parties, the argument of counsel
i and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon
OItDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws:
1. Temporary custody of the minor children of the par-
ties be, and the same is hereby granted to the wife, with the
right of reasonable visitation reserved to the husband in a man-
ner to be agreed upon between the parties.

2. The wife be, and the same is hereby granted exclusiv

~ use and occupation of the marital home of the parties pending
i
~ final hesring in th is matter.
3. T'he wife be, and the same is hereby directed to
~ submit any and all medical bills for the care and treatment of the
minor children of the parties to the husband, which are naw in

existence or which may arise in the futur.e, pending final hearing
in this cause, for payment by the husband's insurance company.

The husband be, and the same is hereby directed to furnish the

~ wife with any proof of inedical insurance coverage necessary for th

~ wife to obtain medical care and treatment of said minor children.
