FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of February,
1976, and the Court having given full consideration to aZl the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction o~ the parties and
sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relation of husband arid wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broker~ and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJtTDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WARREN
P. HIGGINBOTHAM and YVONNE B. HIGGINBOTHAM be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.

i 2. CUSTODY. Custody of CYNTHIA HIGGINBOTHAM, TIMOTHY

` HIGGINBOTHAM and JAMIE HIGGINBOTHAM, minor children of the parties,

; is hereby awarded to the Wife, YVONNE B. HIGGINBOTHAM, with reasonable

~ visitation rights reserved to WARREN P. HIGGINBOTHAM.

~ 3. SUPPORT. The Husband agrees that he will pay to the
~ Wife for the benefit of the minor children of the~arties, a support,
~
~ the sum of $80.00 per week, commencing on the 7- day of ,
~
~ 1976, and shall continue such payments for the support of the minor
~

t children until any of the minor children of the marriage reaches
_ majority, becomes self-supporting, or marries, whichever shall first ;
