occur; in the event that any of the minor children becomes emancipated, ~
the Husband's obligation to support the remaining minor children~ shall
be $30.00 per week per child, until they become of age, self-supporting ~
or marries, whichever shall first occur. . ~
4. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settle~ent
Agreement executed by the parties on December 19, 1975. and introduced
into evidence marked "Wife's Exhibit No. 1" was freely entered into by
the parties after a full disclosure and under the circumstances th~t ~
appear from the evidence to be for the best interest for the parties
and their children; and in its entirety, the agreement is incorporated

by reference into this Judgment, and the oarties are ordered to comply ~
,
with all terms of this Agreement.
S. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause~ and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
be proper.
