less the attorney's fees mentioned in paragraph 7(a) hereto, plus 1
interest on the unpaid principal specified in paragraph 2 hereof, at
the rate prescribed ir the note and mortgage from the date of thfs

8. If the total amount realized on the sale exceeds the !

total of the sums ordered to be paid by paragraph 7 of this
the Clerk shall disburse the surplus as this Court ahall hereafter
direct; and if the total amount realized shall not-be sufficient to
pay all of those sums, the Clerk shall pay first those specified in
ud ent
paragraph 7(a) of this ~aa~mss and shall pay the balance to the Plaintiff.
9. Upon canfirmation of the sale, whether by the Clerk filing
the Certificate of Title herein or by Order of the Court ruling upon
ob3ections to the sale, the defendants, and amy and all persons
claiming by, through, or under the defendants, since the 16th day
of December, 1975, the date of the filing of Lis Pendens ~
herein, are forever barred and foreclosed of~and fram all right, title, P
interest, claim or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever in and to ~

the property herein described, and the purchaser at the sale, his

~ representatives or assigns, shall be let into possession of the property.
