THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the I?lotion's of the
Plaintiff for the Change of Venue and for a Motion to Compel Discovery
and.the Court having heard the argument of Counsel it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Venue of this matter shall be
transferred to Palm Beach County; It is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's HARTFORD
ACCIDENT AND INDEMNITY COMPANY shall have Fifteen (15) Days from
the date of this order to produce.for inspection and copying in
Palm Beach County the matters so outlined in the Plaintiff's
Request to Produce filed the 18th day of March, 1976.
