previously .filed herein, and the Plaintiffs' oral motion to amend
the Complaint so as to allo~,a a substitution of exhibits to-the
complaint and the Court having heard argument of_ counsel and being
fully advised in the uremises. it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs~ SAMUEL HARRIS
and IDA MAE HARRIS, his wife. are hereby permitted in stanter to
amend their complaint so as to substitute a copy of the Articles_ ~

Deed dated February 15, 1974, which was erroneously attached to
the ori~inal complaint as Exhibit A.
