The Petition of IRENE VARNELL WATTS, as the Guardian of the
property of MARY JOLENE GILLIS, for an Order discharging her as
Guardian, was heard this day; and it appearing ~hat the Guardiarr
has faithfully discharged her duties and has rendered complete and
accurate final returns and has delivered the assets of her ward to
the person entitled to those assets, MARY JOLENE GILLIS, -
and the Court being fully advised; it is
ADJUDGED that IR€~iE ~ARNELL WATTS is discharged as Guardian
of the property of MARY JQLENE GILLIS from further liability in
connection with the guardianship, and that AMERICAN STATES -
INSURANCE Co1KPAt~iY , Sureties on bond, are
likewise relieved from further liability as sureties according to
law.
