This cause coming to be heard upon the Petition of
LOUISE PAI~MER and JEANNE PALMER HUNT, Personal Representatives
of the Estate of W. A. PALMER, Deceased, for authority to execute
a Deed to LAWRENCE SPARKMAN and ROSE LEE SPARKMAN, his wife, on
property more particularly described iri the Petition and it
appearing to the Court that the decedent entered into an Agreement
for Deed with LAWRENCE SPARIQ~fAN and ROSE LEE SPARKMAN, his wife;
that the said Agreement for Deed has been fully paid; that LAWRENCE
SPARIQ~fAN and ROSE LEE SPARKMAN, his wife, are entitled to a Deed,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that LOKJISE PALMER and JEANNE
PALMER HUNT, Personal Representatives of the Estate of W. A. PALMER,

Deceased, are hereby authorized to execute a deed on Lot 17, Block 3,

~ ELDORADO SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, at

~ Page 2, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to
