ERNEST CLAYTON YATES,

ORDER APPROVING FINAL ACCOiJidTING
AND DISCHARGING GUARDIAN
This-cause coming on this day to be heard on the petition
of Betty Moore, guardian of the properties of Ernest Clayton.
Yates, which petition incorgorated therein the guardian's final
accounting, and it having been made to appear to the Court
that said ward is now sui juris and has duly executed and filed
in this cause a receipt and release of the said Betty Moore of
ar.3 from all liability in connection with the guardianship of
his properties, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the final accounting of the
guardian be and the same is hereby approved.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Betty Moore be,
and she is hereby, discharged of and from further liability in

~ connection with the guardianship of the properties of Ernest

Clayton Yates.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this cause be and the same
is hereby terminated and the guardian discharged.
