ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court on motion
of Petitioner's attorney for temporary relief, and each of the parties
hereto being present and represented by counsel and the Court having
heard the testimony of each of the parties and their respective witnesses
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows.
1. That the Petitioner, BARBARA J. WAITKUS, shall have the
temporary care, custody and control of the minor child of the parties,
CASSIE WAITRUS, with reasonable rights of visitation to the Respondent,
ALAN F. WAITKUS.
2. That the Respondent, ALAN F. WAITKUS, shall pay the sum
of $25.00 per week, starting June 4, 1976 as temporary child support.

E Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by

him remitted promptly to the Petitioner, BARBARA J. WAITKUS. in addition
!
~ there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added
~
~ to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
~ money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
~
~ the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
€
; at all times while this Order is in effect.

' 3. That the Respondent is hereby enjoined and restrained from
~
~
interfering with, harassing or annoying the Petitioner.
