RESOLUTION NO. 76-53
WHEREAS, the Supervisor of Elections of St. Lucie County,
Florida, has recommended and approved the following changes in the
election precinct lines in said County pursuant to the provisions of
Section 98.031, Florida Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this lst

Section 1. The boundaries of Election Precinct No. 1 are

hereby altered and fixed to comprise the followin area, to-wit:

Beginning at a point on the north county line which is 300
feet west of the west right of way line of US Highway ~1 as
measured at right angle thereto; thence run west to the north-
west corner of Section 6, Township 34 South, Range 37 East;
thence run south to the southwest corner of Section 31,
Township 34 South, Range 37 East; thence run east to the
centerline of Kings Highway (SR 713); thence run north along.
the centerline of Kings Highway ( SR 713) to its intersection
with the centerline of Fort Pierce Farms Water Management
District Canal ~l; thence run east along the centerline of
said can~l to the west line of Section 32, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East; thence north to the northwest corner of Section
29, Township 34 Sciuth, Range 40 East; thence run east along
the north line of Sections 29 and 28, said township and
range to a point 300 ~feet west of the west right of way line
of US Highway ~1 as measured at right angle thereto; thence
northwesterly parallel to the west right of way line of US

The voting place for said Election Precinct No. 1 shall be at

c Beginning at the intersection of the north county line and

~ line to a point 300 feet west of the west right of way line of
~ US Highway #1 as measured at right angle thereto; thence south-
easterly parallel to said west right of way line to the north
~ line of Section 28, Township 34 South, Range 40 East; thence
~ west along the north line of Sections 28 and 29, Township 34
~ South, Range 40 East to the northwest corner of said Section
~ 29; thence south along the west line of Sections 29 and 32 of
~ said township and range to the centerline of Fort Pierce Farms
` Water Management District Canal #1; thence east along the center
line of said canal to the centerline of 25th Street; thence
