RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife for a temporary restraining order, restraining and
enjoining the Husband from interfering with, molesting, harassing
or using physical violence on the wife and minor child, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED as follows: •
1. That the Husband, CHARLES RICHARD TUCKER, be
and he is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with,
molesting, harassing or using physical violence on the Wife and

minor child, and shall not remove said minar child without the
j jurisdiction of this court.
E 2. All and singular the sheriffs of the state of

Florida are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may

g be necessary to incure the Husband's compliance with this Order,

~ without further order of this Court.
