This cause came on to be heard upon the Motion for Withdrawal
of Deposit Paid Into the Registry of the Court Pursuant to Order
of April 1, 1976 filed by the defendant WINTON FARMS CORPORATION,
owner of Parcel No. 103, and the Court having cansidered said Motion
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court be, and
he is hereby directed to pay forwith the following sum as
