The above entitled cause having come on for trial before
the Court, with a jury consisting of six lawful persons who, having
been duly sworn to try the issues between the plaintiffs and the
~ defendants in the above entitled consolidated causes and who, having ~
! , heard and considered the testimony and the evidence adduced by the
~ plaintiffs and the defendants in the above entitled consolidated

~ causes and having heard the charge of the Court on the law and having
~ retired to consider their verdicts and did return into open court on ~
