CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that final judgment be
and the same is hereby entered in favor of the defendants, The
Firestone Tire & Rubber Company and ~'ord Motor Company, and against
the plaintiffs, Buddy L. Sansing and Virginia Sansing, his wife,
and Robert L. Favors, in the above entitled consolidated causes
and the plaintiffs, Buddy L. Sansing and Virginia Sansing, his
wife, and Robert L. Favors, shall take nothing by this action as
against the defendants, The Firestone Tire & Rubber Company and
Ford Motor Company, and said defendants shall go hence without day
and recover of and from the plaintiffs, Buddy~L. Sansing and
Virginia Sansing, his wife, and Robert L. Favors, their costs,
which shall be taxed by further Order of this Court upon motion of ~
~ the said defendants.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
