PROMISSORY NOTE
$56,000.00 Fort Pierce, Florida, June 4, 1976
FOR VALUE RECEIVED the undersigned promises to pay to the
~~~o~ ~f ~~T?2EN~ ~~RVi~E CORPORATioN, a Florida corporation, the
principal sum of Fifty-Six Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($56,000.00),
toqether with interest thereof from date, at the rate of 9.08 per
annum until maturity, said interest beinq payable, both principal
and interest in lawful money of the United States or its equivalent,
at 1600 South Federal Highway, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, said
interest and principal sum to be payable on the dates and in the
amounts as specified below, to wit:

principal swa is paid in full.
The principal amcunt of $56,000.00 being payable
within one year from the date of this note and not
subsequent to the 4th day of June , 1977.
Each maker and endorser severally waives demand, protest and
notice of maturity, non-payment or protest and all requirements
necessary to hold each of them liable as makers and endorsers.
Fach maker and endorser further agrees, jointly and severally,
to pay all costs of collection, includinq a reasonable attorney's fee
in case the principal of this Note or any payment on the principal or
any interest thereon is not paid at the respective maturity thereof,
or in case it becomes necessary to protect the security hereof, whether
suit be brought or not.
This Note and deferred interest payments shall bear interest
at the rate of 9.0$ per annum from maturity until paid.
This Note is secured by a first mortgage of even date here-
with and is to be construed and enforced according to the laws of
the State of Florida; upon default in the payment of principal and/or
! interest due on any Note secured by said Mortgage, all Notes so
secured and remaining unpaid shall forthwith become due and payable
