It is stipulated and agreed by and between the parties
hereto and their respective counsel of record as follows: !
1. That the permanent custody of the minor children, RODNEY
HARPER, age 5 years, and BRIAN HARPER, age 8 years, shall be ~

committed to the Wife, ANZTA HARPER, granting unto the Husband, ;

~ DANNY HARPER, reasonable rights of visitation.

2. That the Husband, DANNY HARPER, shall pay to the Wife,

ANITA HARPER, the sum of Fifteen ($15) Dollars each week for the ~
support and maintenance of each child; that said weekly payments ~

~ of $30 shall commence on the first Friday following the entry of t

; a Final Judgment of dissolution c,f marriage in the above entitled ~
