Testament dated May 24, 1976. be admitted to probate and record

and that Robert W. Proudfoot be appointed Personal Representative
without bond of the Estate of the above decedent,
9. Petitioner requests the Court to issue a Let~er of
Administration to said Petitioner for the proper administration
of this Estate.
