I, JOHN W. PROUDFOOT. of St. Lucie County, Florida,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and ,
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codicils
heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Executor to pay, out of my
residuary estate, all of my just debts including the expenses
of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give, devise and bequeath all of the
rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real and per-
sonal, wherever situate and whether acquired before or after
the execution of this Will, to my sons, ROBERT W. PROUDFOOT and
HARRY W. PROUDFOOT, share and share alike, or their lineal des-
cendants, per stirpes.
CLAUSE III: I nominate and apnoint my son, ROBERT
; W. PROUDFOOT, as Executor of ttis Will, to serve without bond, ,

j and in the event he shall die, resign, or be unable for any _

E reason to act as such, then I name and appoint my son, HARRY ;

~ W. PROUDFOOT, as Executor, to serve without bond.
~ My personal representative is invested with full power
~ and authority to sell, convey, transfer and assign any and all
~
~ personal property and real estate belonging to my estate.
